DYDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,380 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, C7orf57_S209, and EFCAB7. Each is linked with DYDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYDC2 versus LZTFL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
