Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,993 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, and Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule. Each is linked with DYDC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC2 results are reported.
