Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DYDC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DYDC1 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher DYDC1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DYDC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where DYDC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
