DYDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, Myosin-IIa_pS1943, and PDCD4. Each is linked with DYDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GATA6 grouped by DYDC1-low versus DYDC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
