DVL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DVL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1294P, POLE2, and LHX1-DT. Each is linked with DVL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL3-to-partner and partner-to-DVL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1294P grouped by DVL3-low versus DVL3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
