DVL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DVL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 230 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS7, DRAM2, and EXTL2. Each is linked with DVL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL3-to-partner and partner-to-DVL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BBS7 grouped by DVL3-low versus DVL3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
