Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DVL2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DVL2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DVL2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DVL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where DVL2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
