DVL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DVL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC2, MSH2, and SNRNP200. Each is linked with DVL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL2-to-partner and partner-to-DVL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DVL2 versus HDAC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
