DVL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DVL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,745 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLOD4, E2F2, and ZNF736P7Y. Each is linked with DVL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL2-to-partner and partner-to-DVL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 grouped by DVL2-low versus DVL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
