DVL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DVL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,469 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS11, PUSL1, and CPTP. Each is linked with DVL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL1-to-partner and partner-to-DVL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DVL1 versus INTS11 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
