DUXAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUXAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,570 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUXAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, TTC25_S542, and WDR19. Each is linked with DUXAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUXAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DUXAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP1 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUXAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUXAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
