DUTP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUTP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUTP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1_S782, TCOF1_S156, and TK1. Each is linked with DUTP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUTP2-to-partner and partner-to-DUTP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUTP2 versus RIF1_S782 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUTP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUTP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
