DUT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,746 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTDSPL2, RTF1, and TP53BP1. Each is linked with DUT in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUT-to-partner and partner-to-DUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUT versus CTDSPL2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
