DUT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,365 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUT-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3J, OIP5, and KNSTRN. Each is linked with DUT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUT-to-partner and partner-to-DUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUT versus EIF3J in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
