DUT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,929 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMSB10, R3HDM1, and HTRA2. Each is linked with DUT in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUT-to-partner and partner-to-DUT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUT versus TMSB10 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
