Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DUSP6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and THCA are the cancer types where DUSP6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
