DUSP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,098 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAFF, PLAU, and FOSL1. Each is linked with DUSP5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP5-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP5 versus MAFF in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
