Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD300H. Each is linked with DUSP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP4-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP4 results are reported.
