Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP29 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP29 data layer compared with 11 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher DUSP29 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP29 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and SARC are the cancer types where DUSP29 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
