DUSP29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP29-associated genes across cancer lineages are EPHA8, PHF21B, and TEX14. Each is linked with DUSP29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP29-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP29→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
