Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP22 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP22 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DUSP22 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, LUAD, and SARC are the cancer types where DUSP22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
