DUSP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,610 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ACAP1, and PTPRC. Each is linked with DUSP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP2-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP2 versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
