DUSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 419 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, RN7SL733P, and RNU6-862P. Each is linked with DUSP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP2-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6515 grouped by DUSP2-low versus DUSP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
