DUSP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CD4+ Tcm, and DC. Each is linked with DUSP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP2-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by DUSP2-low versus DUSP2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
