DUSP19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, Ku80, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with DUSP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP19-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by DUSP19-low versus DUSP19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
