DUSP19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRA4, KCNA4, and MTRNR2L5. Each is linked with DUSP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP19-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GABRA4 grouped by DUSP19-low versus DUSP19-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
