DUSP16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,185 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN1B, BORCS5, and PEX5. Each is linked with DUSP16 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP16-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP16 versus CDKN1B in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
