Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP15 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher DUSP15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DUSP15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
