DUSP15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP15 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPP, CD8+ T-cells, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with DUSP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP15-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPP grouped by DUSP15-low versus DUSP15-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
