Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,944 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2I, PHF12, and TBC1D19. Each is linked with DUSP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP13-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP13 versus UBE2I in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.98.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
