Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,617 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCTD9, KIFBP, and RNU6-1150P. Each is linked with DUSP13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP13-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCTD9 grouped by DUSP13-low versus DUSP13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
