DUSP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1173, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with DUSP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP13-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1173 grouped by DUSP13-low versus DUSP13-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
