DUSP13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANO5, OR4F5, and PHOX2B. Each is linked with DUSP13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP13-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANO5 grouped by DUSP13-low versus DUSP13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP13→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
