DUSP11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHD5-12, OR10J8P, and LINC02871. Each is linked with DUSP11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP11-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGHD5-12 grouped by DUSP11-low versus DUSP11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
