DUSP10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,715 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, FCGBP, and RBMY3AP. Each is linked with DUSP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP10-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by DUSP10-low versus DUSP10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
