DUSP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,217 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFRSF9, FBXO32, and CSF2. Each is linked with DUSP10 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP10-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP10 versus TNFRSF9 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
