DUSP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, MEK1, and Myosin-IIa_pS1943. Each is linked with DUSP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP1-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by DUSP1-low versus DUSP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
