DUSP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,403 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JUN, FOSB, and FOS. Each is linked with DUSP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP1-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP1 versus JUN in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
