DUS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, MIR6876, and RNU6-737P. Each is linked with DUS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS1L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1082P grouped by DUS1L-low versus DUS1L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
