DUS1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,704 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL38, LRRC45, and TEPSIN. Each is linked with DUS1L in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS1L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUS1L versus MRPL38 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
