Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,225 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUS1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, and Cartilage development. Each is linked with DUS1L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS1L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by DUS1L-low versus DUS1L-high in BONE.
