DUS1L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, FTHL17, and STRA8. Each is linked with DUS1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS1L-to-partner and partner-to-DUS1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by DUS1L-low versus DUS1L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
