DUOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,416 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA8, SMIM12, and FANCA. Each is linked with DUOX2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOX2-to-partner and partner-to-DUOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA8 grouped by DUOX2-low versus DUOX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
