DUOX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUOX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 356 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L1, GSX1, and NANOS2. Each is linked with DUOX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOX1-to-partner and partner-to-DUOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L1 grouped by DUOX1-low versus DUOX1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
