DTX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,039 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, RPL12P3, and TSPY13P. Each is linked with DTX3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX3-to-partner and partner-to-DTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL478P grouped by DTX3-low versus DTX3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
