DTX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, SYCN, and USP17L3. Each is linked with DTX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX3-to-partner and partner-to-DTX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by DTX3-low versus DTX3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
