DTX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,426 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASAL1, CFAP73, and DIRAS1. Each is linked with DTX1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX1-to-partner and partner-to-DTX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX1 versus RASAL1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
