Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DTNBP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DTNBP1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher DTNBP1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DTNBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
STAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DTNBP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
