Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DTNBP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DTNBP1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher DTNBP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DTNBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where DTNBP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
