DTNBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP153, RNF5, and DEK. Each is linked with DTNBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNBP1-to-partner and partner-to-DTNBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTNBP1 versus NUP153 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
